The firm has been operating since before the 1930s, in the name of his founder, lawyer Arturo Orvieto.

Since then, the activity has always been carried out in Milan, Via Cesare Battisti n. 11, with only a break during the period of the racial laws.

After Arturo Orvieto, the firm was led until 2023 by Cesare Rimini and it is now run by Professor Emanuele Rimini and lawyer Valentina Rimini.

Over the years, the firm has always mainteined a familiar dimension and the number of members is still deliberately limited.

The firm specialises in civil and commercial law and has received numerous recommendations and awards over the years, particularly in the areas of banking and finance, corporate law (litigation and arbitration), family and inheritance law.
